Charles "Karel" Bouley is a radio talk show host and author. He is best known for his highly rated work on KGO Newstalk 810 in San Francisco. Prior to working for KGO, Karel and his late partner, Andrew Howard, were the first openly gay radio talk show hosts in the country on KFI, Los Angeles. Karel is a past editor and columnist for TheAdvocate.com and Billboard Magazine, and currently high-profile blogger for The Huffington Post. His show is heard seven days a week, five days syndicated and two days on KGO AM 810. He is an actor and standup and sells out comedy venues regularly.
